Book Publication Guidelines

Thank you for considering publishing your book with us. To ensure a smooth and efficient publication process, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Manuscript Preparation

General Requirements

  1. Language: The manuscript must be written in English.
     

  2. Originality: The content must be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
     

  3. Plagiarism: All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism. Manuscripts containing plagiarized content will be rejected.

Manuscript Structure

  1. Title Page:

    • Title: The title should be concise and descriptive.

    • Author(s): List all authors and their affiliations.

    • Contact Information: Provide the corresponding author's email address and phone number.

    • Acknowledgements: Mention any funding sources or acknowledgments here.
       

  2. Abstract:

    • Provide a summary of the book's content in 250-300 words.

    • Include 5-7 keywords that describe the main topics of the book.
       

  3. Table of Contents:

    • List all chapters and main sections with corresponding page numbers.
       

  4. Main Text:

    • Organize the text into chapters.

    • Each chapter should have a title and, if necessary, subtitles to structure the content.

    • Ensure consistency in style and formatting across chapters.
       

  5. References:

    • Use a consistent citation style throughout the manuscript (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago).

    • List all references at the end of the book in alphabetical order.
       

  6. Appendices (if applicable):

    • Include supplementary material that supports the main text.
       

  7. Index:

    • Provide an index of key terms and concepts.

Formatting

  1. Font:

    • Title: Times New Roman, 16 pt, bold

    • Chapter Titles: Times New Roman, 14 pt, bold

    • Section Titles: Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold

    • Subsection Titles: Times New Roman, 11 pt, bold

    • Body Text: Times New Roman, 12 pt

    • Captions: Times New Roman, 10 pt, italic

    • Footnotes/Endnotes: Times New Roman, 10 pt

    • References: Times New Roman, 12 pt
       

  2. Spacing:

    • Double-space the main text.

    • Single-space footnotes/endnotes and references.
       

  3. Margins:

    • Use 1-inch margins on all sides.
       

  4. Page Numbers:

    • Place page numbers at the bottom center of each page.
       

  5. Figures and Tables:

    • Include high-resolution figures and tables.

    • Place them within the text near where they are referenced.

    • Provide descriptive captions for all figures and tables.

Submission Process

  1. Proposal Submission:

    • Submit a book proposal that includes the title, abstract, table of contents, and a sample chapter.

    • Include a brief author biography and a description of the target audience.
       

  2. Manuscript Submission:

    • Once the proposal is accepted, submit the complete manuscript in a single Microsoft Word or LaTeX file.

    • Ensure the manuscript follows the formatting guidelines provided.
       

  3. Peer Review:

    • The manuscript will undergo a peer review process.

    • Authors may be required to make revisions based on reviewers' feedback.
       

  4. Final Submission:

    • Submit the revised manuscript along with any requested supplementary materials (e.g., images, permissions).

    • Ensure all revisions are made and the manuscript is formatted according to the guidelines.

Post-Acceptance

  1. Copyediting:

    • The manuscript will undergo copyediting to correct grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.

    • Authors will review and approve the copyedited manuscript.
       

  2. Proofreading:

    • A final proof will be provided for the author to review and approve.

    • Ensure all corrections are made and the manuscript is ready for publication.
       

  3. Publication:

    • The book will be published in both print and digital formats.

    • Authors will receive a complimentary copy of the book upon publication.
       

  4. Marketing and Distribution:

    • The publisher will promote the book through various channels.

    • Authors are encouraged to participate in promotional activities.
